Hummus with Veggie Dippers

2 cups hummus, store bought
3 tomato(es), Roma
8 stalks celery
1 cucumber, english, sliced
1 pepper(s), bell, red, yellow, or green, seeded and sliced
4 carrot(s), sliced
1 tablespoon parsley, fresh, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, fresh, finely minced
1 tablespoon sundried tomatoes, packed in oil, drained and chopped
Cut and peel vegetables as desired and serve with prepared hummus (stir in minced garlic if desired). Optional garnish ideas for hummus - chopped sun dried tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped parsley, toasted walnuts or pine nuts, chopped olives.
