Mexican Scrambled Eggs

4 egg(s), large
4 egg(s), large, whites only
4 tablespoons salsa
1/2 cup cheese, low fat Mexican blend
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper, black
Beat eggs and egg whites together in a small bowl. Add salt and pepper and mix well. Coat a non stick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Pour egg mixture into skillet and slowly cook eggs, stirring occasionally. Top with cheese and allow to melt. Serve with salsa on top.
