Cauliflower is delicious when it is roasted, and you can sprinkle a little parmesan on top if you like. My kids LOVE it this way.

Ingredients

1 head cauliflower, about 2 pounds

cooking spray, olive oil type

1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper

1/4 teaspoon pepper, black, ground

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

sprinkle paprika

2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, fresh, grated

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place foil over a rimmed baking sheet and coat with cooking spray. Remove stem and core from cauliflower. Cut florets lengthwise into half inch thick slices. Place cauliflower pieces on baking sheet and spray tops with cookin spray. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Place in oven and bake for approximately 18 to 20 minutes until tender and lightly browned. Serve with Parmesan sprinkled on top if desired.
