Salmon with Balsamic Citrus Sauce

2 teaspoons orange(s), peel only, grated
2 teaspoons vinegar, balsamic
2 teaspoons honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 pounds salmon, wild, steaks or filet, cut into 4 servings
1 green onion(s)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, combine the grated orange peel, balsamic vinegar, honey and salt. Cut salmon into four pieces and place into a baking dish. Tuck under any thin pieces for even cooking. Divide and spread the vinegar mixture on top of each filet. Bake, uncovered for 8 to 10 minutes or until salmon flakes easily. Garnish with green onion and/or orange slices if desired.
