Roasted Italian Vegetables

These are simple, colorful and delicious.
1 onion(s), red
1 squash, yellow
1 pepper(s), bell, red, yellow, or green, or any
2 tomato(es), Roma
1 Portabella mushroom(s)
3 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette
1 teaspoon rosemary leaves, fresh
Cut vegetables into similar sizes and arrange in baking dish. Pour balsamic dressing over vegetables. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary. Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for 5 to 10 more minutes until vegetables are soft.
