Slow Cooker Teriyaki Pork

Watch the fat and portion sizes here, again ribs are not really the healthy choice, but rather a splurge! We received multiple requests for seconds from adults, teens and kids. Try serving it with brown basmati rice and any veggie.
2 pounds pork ribs, country style, boneless
2 pepper(s), bell, red, yellow, or green, julienne
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce, low sodium
2 tablespoon vinegar, rice
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 cloves garlic, fresh
Trim fat from the pork. Place the pork, bell pepper, teriyaki, vinegar, red pepper and garlic into a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred pork in slow cooker and serve.
