Artichoke Spinach Dip

Our kids love to order this in restaurants. We use low fat mayonnaise and reduced fat cheese to control the fat and calories without giving up much in flavor. Use baked chips for lower fat and calories as well.
1 can (14 ounces each) artichoke hearts(in can not marinated)
10 ounces spinach, frozen
1/2 cup mayonnaise, light or reduced fat
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 1/2 cups cheese, mozzarella, low moisture and part skim milk
4 ounces tortilla chips
4 stalks celery
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain artichoke hearts and chop. Place in a medium bowl. Drain spinach and squeeze in between paper towels to remove excess water. Add spinach to artichoke hearts. Add mayonnaise, parmesan, and grated mozzarella and mix well. Place in a 9 inch round pie dish or other baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes until dip is hot. Remove and serve with chips and celery slices.
