Sesame Garlic Stir Fry Veggies

Comments

Lots of great flavor and they go will with any Asian dish, steak, fish or chicken. You can remove the garlic cloves before serving if desired.

Ingredients

3/4 pound sugar snap peas

2 carrot(s)

6 cloves garlic, fresh

2 teaspoons sesame oil, dark

2 teaspoons soy sauce, low sodium

Preparation

Slice carrots at an angle in pieces about a quarter inch thick. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add sesame oil and carrots and cook for about 2 minutes. Add garlic cloves and snap peas. Stir and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes until crisp tender. Add soy sauce, stir and serve.
