Slow Cooker BBQ Beef Sandwiches

Cooking Time: 3 to 4 hours on High or 7 to 8 hours on Low setting
This is so easy to make, and the kids will love it.
2 1/2 pounds beef, chuck roast, lean, fat trimmed
1 cup barbeque sauce
8 hamburger buns
Cut meat into 1 to 2 inch cubes. Place meat in the bottom of the slow cooker. Add 1/2 cup barbeque sauce and stir. Place lid on slow cooker and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 7 to 8 hours until meat is tender. Slightly shred cooked meat with a fork. Add remaining barbeque sauce, stir, then spoon meat on top of buns and serve. This is also good topped with coleslaw, plain shredded cabbage and cheese, or just cheese.
