Brussels Sprouts with Canadian Bacon

This recipe adds so much flavor to Brussels sprouts.

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and quartered

1/2 onion(s), large, chopped

2 ounces Canadian bacon, chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic, bottled minced

1 teaspoon sesame oil, dark

1 tablespoon soy sauce, low sodium

Preparation

Place olive oil in a large skillet and place pan over medium to medium high heat. Add onions and a dash of salt, stir and cook for about a minute. Add Brussels sprouts and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Cook for 2 or 3 minutes until tender.
