Ingredients

1 pound green beans, trimmed

1 teaspoon sesame oil, dark

1 tablespoon soy sauce, low sodium

1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted

Preparation

Blanch the green beans for only 3 minutes until bright green in color (careful not to over cook). In a wok or large skillet heat the sesame oil on medium high. Add the damp green beans, soy sauce and sesame seeds. Toss for 2 to 3 minutes until you hear the sesame seeds popping and the beans are barely tender. Serve hot.
