If using wooden skewers, pre-soak in water for 30 minutes prior to grilling.
1 pound Kielbasa sausage or other cooked sausage
1 zz, sliced 1/5 in thick
1 onion(s), red, quartered and halved
1 pepper(s), bell, red, yellow, or green, quartered and halved
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper, black, ground
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat indoor or outdoor grill to medium heat. In a medium bowl, combine cut vegetables with oil until thoroughly coated. Thread vegetables and sausage onto skewers. Place skewers on grill and cook for approx 15 minutes, turning frequently until desired doneness.
