Oven Roasted Grape Tomatoes

These are simple and full of vitamins and antioxidants. Try a little balsamic vinegar on this as well.
10 ounces tomato(es), grape or cherry
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper, black, ground
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place tomatoes on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook for about 20 minutes until tomatoes are soft.
