Cheesy Garlic Parmesan Bread

Serve as an appetizer or with soup and salad.
1 baguette of French Bread, 9 ounces
1 1/2 cup cheese, mozzarella, low moisture and part skim milk, shredded
1 tablespoon garlic, bottled minced
1/4 cup mayonnaise, light or reduced fat
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Preheat broiler. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl, then spread over top of bread. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is melted, but watch carefully so you don't burn it.
