Guacamole and Chips

Using baked chips lowers the overall fat and calories. You can also serve with fresh tortillas cut into quarters.
2 avocado(s), Haas or any
1/4 onion(s), red, chopped
1 tomato(es), medium, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic, bottled minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 lime, juice only, about 2 teaspoons
1/4 cup cilantro, fresh, chopped
1/2 jalapeno chili pepper, optional
3 cups tortilla chips, baked, low fat
Cut the avocadoes in half. Remove the seed and the peel. Cut into cubes and place in a small bowl. Squeeze about 2 teaspoons of lime juice over them. Chop the onion, tomato, cilantro and jalepeno chili pepper(optional). Add to the bowl. Mix and lightly mash the avocado leaving some larger chunks. Add the salt and garlic and stir. Serve with chips or with any mexican dish.
